Tabular Data View
The Tabular Data View lets you explore your traffic data in a structured table format. Rather than reading patterns off a chart, you can review precise values across your sensors, links, or routes for any time period you choose - making it easier to spot trends, validate data, or prepare reports.
There are two ways to view this data: as Raw data or as Average data. This page walks you through what each type means and how to set up your tabular view.
Data Types
Before creating your tabular view, it helps to understand the two available data types:
Raw Data aggregates the unprocessed data collected directly from your sensors, links, or routes within a specific time period and presents it in table form. This gives you the most granular view of what was recorded.
Important Note
Raw Data is only available for Sensor Users.
Average Data aggregates the average values - the same data represented by the blue lines in your travel time and speed charts - within a specific time period and displays them as a table. This is the standard view for Link and Route users.
Creating a Tabular View
Once you've decided which data type suits your needs, follow these steps to generate your tabular view:
- Select Tabular from the data view options.
- Choose your desired Data Type - either Raw or Average.
- From the dropdown menu, select a Source Type: Sensor, Link, or Route.
- Select the specific source names you want to include in the view.
- Choose your desired Time Range, then use the Weekdays filter to narrow down specific days and hours if needed.
- Click Analyse.
Your data will appear as a table below, organised by the sources and time range you selected.
Downloading Your Data
Once your tabular view has been generated, you can export it for use in reports or further analysis. Click the Create Report button to download the data as a file.
